We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services; mold inspection and removal as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery.

As general contractors, we also specialize in construction, renovation, demolition and other services.

The Position:

General Laborer
:
- **WINMAR Property Restoration is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. This position is full time, and offers a competitive wage based on experience and expertise.

General Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:

  • Clean and prepare job site
  • Garbage and debris removal
  • Removal of hazardous materials
  • Work with a variety of tools & equipment
  • Assist with demolition
  • Ability to work after hours and be on call
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Able to work in a stressful environment
  • Effective team player
  • Clean Driver abstract
  • No criminal record

Are you "The Right Person"? A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Knowledge in the property restoration industry is an asset. Certification with the IICRC is an asset, but not required.

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
