As a Wireless Manager, you play a crucial role in our success. We are seeking a results-oriented manager to lead and nurture a team of skilled experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Retail management experience, preferably in wireless or electronics
  • Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service excellence
  • Solid track record in budget management, sales forecasting, merchandising, and retail metrics
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, HR, and knowledge of Canadian employment standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a focus on selling communications
  • Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
