Putting people first is a way of life at BSF. It's in our values.

A team of approximately 1,500 employees provide exceptional person-centered care and services with a focus on prioritizing quality of life and high-quality care to more than 1,000 older adults and their families within our Aging Care and Seniors Living communities.

BSF also plays a crucial role in the prevention of domestic violence and homelessness through local community support programs.

BSF's Heart Home Network operates a second stage (post-emergency) shelter in Calgary providing a safe housing environment and essential services to support women and children at risk of family violence to transition back into the community.
