We are looking for professionals to join our

Machine Operator/ General Operator.


General Operator maintains an efficient, clean and safe workplace without jeopardizing production, quality, or the environment and also maintain a smooth, uninterrupted flow of product through the packaging area, assist with product changes, housekeeping, clearing of product jams, foil changes, and related tasks.

Operate equipment in an effective and efficient manner according to company standards, specifications and policies.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain accurate records in logbooks, document daily work activities, and update machine information as required.
  • Clean work area regularly throughout the shift
  • Feeding and operation of the equipment on the packaging lines
  • Report mechanical and electrical issues immediately
  • Hand stacking, granulating of waste as required
  • Keep the tool storage areas clean and organized
  • General cleanliness of the recycle room
  • Clean Pendulum, DDD and LHC conveyor areas
  • Change out cooling zone filters
  • Clean cooling zone tables, ducting and fan
  • Clean afterburner and dispose of waste
  • Clean all decks
  • Offer ideas and suggestions for positive changes
  • Remove plastic, cardboard and waste and place in appropriate bins
  • Dispose of broken pallets and scrap wood
  • Ensure the waste and raw material storage areas are organized and orderly
  • Willing to have flexible break times if called upon to keep the factory producing
  • Any other tasks as necessary or designated
