Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Customer Implementation Specialist will focus on helping deliver customer satisfaction across a variety of projects.

Responsible for implementing clients' Food Safety & Supplier management System onto Safefood 360 platform, by building relationships with client, crafting project plans, driving the implementation, interpreting data and entering this into the system, and building suitable workflows.

This role will also entail conducting customer training upon the implementation Learn and be proficient with the use of SF360 software.

Collect and organise customer data, forms records and schedules.
Enter data into prescribed database software and build workflows.
Ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database, conduct gap analysis and data clean up.
Integrate and spearhead implementation projects for assigned clients.
Maintain and ensure project Smartsheets are up to date.
Handle clients' expectation, build project review meeting agendas and follow-up actions report.
Keep well appraised of relevant legislation to support clients achieving compliance. Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent experience in food technology.
Proven experience in front-line food safety/quality coordinator role in food manufacture environment.
Experience in developing and maintaining HACCP systems in a food business.
Experience supporting 3rd party audits and bodies and customer technical audit.
Experience in training, and account, customer & client management.
Prior history in building and maintaining customers relationships.
Trusted and proactive teammate, supporting colleagues in driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong organisational, project management and time management skills.
