A Day in the Life

  • Drive the execution of marketing tactics in sync with our 5year strategic plan, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, graphic design, and more.
  • Craft and refine content across marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with our voice and strategy.
  • Build robust relationships internally and with external vendors for impeccable marketing program execution.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest strategy improvements.
  • Oversee corporate branding efforts and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage our library of marketing materials, ensuring a unified and professional brand presence.
  • Innovate businessspecific communication strategies to enhance our corporate visibility.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 5+ years in the domain.
  • Prior experience in the engineering, architecture, or construction sector is a plus.
  • Expertise with Microsoft 36
  • Familiarity with Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging social media campaigns.
  • Experience in coordinating industry events and creating diverse content from blogs to whitepapers.
  • A knack for design with experience in tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Datadriven approach to evaluating marketing strategies and suggesting refinements.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prior involvement in branding efforts, ensuring consistency across communication channels.
  • Adept at supporting business development initiatives from sales packages to tradeshows.
  • Skilled in market research to back business development efforts.
  • A growth mindset, always seeking knowledge about industry advancements and innovative marketing techniques.
