The
Systems Administrator is responsible to provide end user support, technology planning, implementation and support of Fengate's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technologyrelated field or equivalent experience.
  • Managing users in a Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Azure AD environment.
  • Experience managing active directory users, groups, and file permissions.
  • Experience with Windows patch management and antivirus technologies (i.e. CrowdStrike, Windows Defender Security Center)
  • 2+ years hand on experience in systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • 5+ years total experience in systems and helpdesk administration.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Defender security center experience.
  • PowerShell scripting experience (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Prior experience with managing SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.
  • Familiar with Meraki access points and switches.
  • Project experience, leading or being part of the project management lifecycle
  • Highly engaged individual that seeks out a better way of doing things and will not settle for the status quo.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills for team member collaboration and IT documentation
  • Highly organized and must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people who have different levels of technical competence

Nice to Have Experience

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Defender security center experience.
  • PowerShell scripting experience (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
