Seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a dedicated marketing professional who is a generalist and self-starter. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a proactive planner, capable of driving our marketing efforts to attract tenants to our rental properties while maintaining a consistent corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our student accommodation services across all channels. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and rental sites. Produce prints, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials. Create engaging and valuable content for various marketing platforms, such as blogs, long and short-form videos. Organize resident events and participate in partner-school events. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI or efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Work with the Leasing and Business Development teams to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, university partners, and vendors. Liaison with other departments to launch new properties, including pre-launch marketing activities, standardize corporate identity, project planning and roll-out, publish marketing collaterals, organize promotional events, lead the social media marketing campaigns, and reporting to the management team.

Qualifications:

University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the real estate or student accommodation industry. Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (, GA4, Unbounce, Meta Business Suite, Later, Mailchimp, CRM, etc.). Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or other similar tools. Experience with digital marketing strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
