Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:

  • As the Marketing Manager
  • Veilance & Energy Projects, you will lead the execution of marketing forthese collections across online and offline channels. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you'll ensure we show up relevantly to our guests, aligned with the overarching brand strategy. This role will work closely with crossfunctional channel owners and regional leads, and you will inform the development of brand strategy within each key region and channel.

Meet Your Future Team:

  • The Brand Marketing team is the direct connection between the guest and the core intention of the Arc'teryx brand. We specialize in storytelling and incredible experiences. Our functions include brand management, brand creative, athletes/ambassador's programs, community, experiences, operations, communications, regional teams, and agency partners. This is that time that creates experiences and stories that are relevant, thoughtprovoking, and true to who we are.

If you were the Marketing Manager - Veilance & Energy Projects, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Developing, managing, and executing marketing and communication plans, in close partnership with channel owners including e-comm, retail, digital, and community
  • Overseeing the endtoend execution of campaigns, from planning and execution to results and recap. This includes managing the production budget and all collaborations copywriter, graphic designer, producer, etc.
  • Managing the marketing and editorial calendar and briefing stories in accordance with seasonal direction
  • Developing content strategy across all brand channels in accordance to creative guidelines
  • Working closely with Merch + Design teams to develop strong understanding of collections and track product for photoshoots
  • Building global ambassador program in partnership with regional teams

  • Presenting strategies to global teams in key stage gate meetings
  • Working with Commercial team on showroom concepts
  • Developing strategies for brand events and activations in emerging markets

Are you our next Marketing Manager - Veilance & Energy Projects?:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent field
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a marketing or creative role, including 2 years in management
  • You have a strong understanding of the outdoor and fashion market landscapes
  • You have a strong ability to communicate to both an audience of peers and of senior leaders
  • You have a proven track record and deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels and platforms
  • You have a thorough understanding of customers' online behaviour, from brand awareness and acquisition tactics to transactional experience
  • You are able to leverage data to establish an online marketing vision and strategy and translate business objectives into strategies
