Looking for an exceptional, empathetic client-focused team player who is willing to join a fast-paced, challenging environment within the Individual Life Claims team.
As a member of our dynamic team, this role is accountable for providing outstanding customer service and support by managing telephone inquiries from our Advisors and Clients.
In doing so, you will enhance customer, client, and agent relationships during a time of need.Being there when it counts, without delay, to help answer any questions our clients have regarding the life claims process.
Contribute to building client loyalty through the delivery of accurate and timely information.Preferred skills

Qualifications
- Bilingual (French, English) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate empathy and caring
- Preferred experience within a call centre environment
- Knowledge / experience within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of life insurance products

- Ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment

Responsibilities
- This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Advisors and Clients who have inquiries regarding life claims.
- Respond proactively to client inquiries and concerns within same day turnaround time
- Ability to identify the question and relay accurate information about our contractual and administrative processes in a clear and understandable format
- Handling escalations while maintaining professionalism
- Works along side claim adjudicators and supports daily call volumes
- Complete followups for ongoing life claims within turnaround time
- Complete daily funeral home verification calls
The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
