Responsibilities and Duties
Report to Accounting manager and is responsible for financial and administrative tasks.
Job duties for the position of Accounting Clerk include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Data entry
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and process payroll
- Reconcile bank transactions and complete deposits
- Assist Accountantin preparing for financial statements
- Administrative task as needed
Qualifications
- Diploma preferred in accounting or business administration
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Class 5 Driver's license
Language Requirement
- English
- Korean
Compensation
- Pay will be negotiated at the interview
- Provide free lunch
- Provide extended health benefits after 6 months of employment
Work Environment
- Fulltime Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Location: #20088 Brigantine Dr. Coquitlam V3K 6Z6
