Position Summary

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Needs excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent phone manners required, polite and personable.

  • Hard working and professional.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP software (Infor CloudSuite an asset).
  • Motivated to learn the industry and a desire to promote the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner and direct to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure that production schedules are created, maintained, and distributed to optimize production to meet delivery schedules and forecasted customer demand.
  • Effectively communicate with customers daily.
  • Attend Product Knowledge training.
  • Evaluate and coordinate with other departments to ensure materials from suppliers are on schedule.
  • Configuration of materials.
  • Shop package distribution.
  • Coordinate and liaise with production and shipping staff.
  • Other duties or tasks assigned or required.
