About us

Auto Rescue Towing is a family opperated business operating for 30 years in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

Duties:

  • Receive and process incoming phone calls from customers, drivers, and vendors
  • Manage fleet operations, including tracking and monitoring vehicle locations, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a dispatch role or similar position preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and internal teams
