Job Purpose:


The Associate, Entertainment Partnerships is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of World Vision Canada's Entertainment Partnerships activities, ensuring that the vision and goals for each partnership are met and exceeded.


The Associate, Entertainment Partnerships supports the development, monitoring and execution of effective budgets, project plans, project schedules, marketing strategies, production plans, and post-event analysis and reporting as well as the completion of key operational reports to support the achievement of all WVC event objectives, goals and KPIs.


The Associate, Entertainment Partnerships works collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders across WVC, as well as third party vendors and partners, building relationships that support the successful execution and delivery of Entertainment Partnerships activities to achieve shared objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly proficient project management in the development and execution of project plans for WVC & partner events and activations, identifying project scopes, constraints, risks, budgets, and deadlines and leading endtoend execution and delivery through event and project management processes.
  • Manage project and partnership operations, including building and tracking budgets, overseeing invoices, purchase orders & payments, and monitoring the creation and implementation of contracts and SOWs.
  • Provide onsite support for WVC and partner events and tours as required, ensuring all logistics are executed with excellence.
  • Coordinate staffing for events and tours, overseeing tour representatives, staff & volunteers and ensuring travel arrangements and logistics are managed effectively.
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders while providing a consistent experience with WVC messaging, products and brandguided relationship management while ensuring excellence in delivery and adherence to WVC strategy and policies.
  • Monitor partner contracts to ensure the fulfilment of contractual obligations by all parties.
  • Ensure the development and completion of postmortem reporting and dataentry into CRM.
  • Support the development of team business processes, working with the Manager, Entertainment Partnerships to create and implement tools and resources to support maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of all Entertainment Partnership activities, goals and objectives.
  • Assist in developing the strategy, framework, and content to support partnership activities, such as event marketing communications, social media ads, appeal scripts, and production rundowns.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities to test partnership and event strategies to increase growth and expansion of Entertainment Partnerships as well as shape experiences that further the achievement of WVC goals and objectives.
  • Build strategic partner plans and journeys that deepen engagement and achieve strategic marketing and business objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery and execution of production requirements related to creative development and brand compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence in relationship management, servicing and supporting all partners with continuous communication, education in support of our mission, appeal coaching, customer insights, and strategy development.
  • Collaborate on the design and creation of WVC & Sponsored events, ensuring bestinclass experience and maximizing the delivery and achievement of all event KPI's and objectives.
  • Operate within an agile scrum framework to manage tasks and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or event management.
  • Demonstrated high level of personal ownership, collaborative teamwork, holistic valuecentric perspective and work adaptability.
  • Selfstarter with demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, financial, communication and analytical skills.
