  • Excellent, strong, proven customer service experience
  • Schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
  • Utilize radio to communicate effectively with all on route drivers
  • Identify all drivers active on routes are on time to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
  • Take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
  • Clean criminal record search
  • Excellent time and stress management skills
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Understanding of transportation company an assetMust hold a clean driving record
  • Geographic Knowledge of surrounding area (Brockville)
