**The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.
**Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. Create work orders and assign to technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicate work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
Assist with the inspections on the facility campus.
**Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.

The minimum salary for the Remote Facilities Coordinator position is $40,000 annually [or $19.24 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Remote Facilities Coordinator position is$50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour].
