Subject Matter Expert on projects - Transactional problems OR issues - AP automation- Purchasing system moving to a new system - Contract management- Invoice intake- Modules, FICO Asset module, Grants , Funds , Project management - SAP OR Aribia - Project Manager, Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.- Act as the voice for the organization in representing needs with external stakeholders. - Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Identify and resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.- Working with the team to plan and coordinate required change management effort for the organization.- Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive ongoing process improvements.
