Workplace Ambassador

The Workplace Ambassador plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for the Zynga team, contractors, studio guests, and candidates, embodying the values of Zynga and Take-Two Interactive.

Our Workplace Ambassador position combines customer service, administration, and office management skills. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, excels in customer service, and contributes to maintaining a vibrant working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the welcoming face of the studio, representing the values of Zynga and Take-Two Interactive.
  • Greet staff and guests, anticipate needs, and maintain a professional environment.
  • Ensure safety and security measures are in place.
  • Manage access control, support employees with workspaces, and facilitate meetings and events.
  • Coordinate facility-related requests and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Provide various support services including managing mail, couriers, service tickets, and more.

  • Start the day by ensuring the studio is prepared for visitors.
  • Handle various tasks throughout the day, assist with guest needs, and support on-site events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the workspace.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience, high school diploma, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, proficient in basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech/gaming industry, facilities management, and knowledge of ticketing systems are beneficial.
  • Additional years of relevant experience and familiarity with audio-video equipment are advantageous.
