We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Associate Consultant-Business Analyst to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team.


The Opportunity

This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate - Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from the implementation of deployed client solutions. Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.

Training Delivery - Work closely with the IT team to gain a comprehensive understanding of solutions to be deployed to the client. Support all projects by delivering end user training to relevant stakeholders to facilitate adoption of deployed solutions. Help end users transition to the desired future state through guided workshops.

Collaborate - Work closely with colleagues to understand technical needs. Understand how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business. Effectively communicate with the team leads to ensure client satisfaction, and provide recommendations as needed.

Duties include

  • Interact with clients and project team to plan and develop project work.
  • Review and edit communications between Dokainish and clients.
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
  • Respond to client's questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
  • Monitor and report project status to clients on a regular basis.
  • Provide daily client services from project start to end.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 13 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, problem solving skills and a strategyoriented mindset.
  • Experience working across various sectors/industries is a plus.
  • Has outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Has the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in a clientservice environment; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to travel sporadically.
  • Flexible to work outside regular business hours as required.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
