EDI Coordinator_
fit in?
As the EDI Coordinator, you will be responsible for all in-house proprietary systems, ensuring reliable and effective EDI operations.

The coordinator will replicate what is done with the translator and import documents directly into or out of proprietary software.

Working as part of a small and dynamic IT team, you'll have the opportunity to solve EDI, ERP and any other IT issues to help stakeholders throughout Axiom Group.

What you can expect as our next _
EDI Coordinator_**:

• Set up Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for new Customers:
• Work with customers to setup trading partner and communication link
• Install EDI templates for all required document types
• Read and understand EDI specs to know the requirements for each document type
• Test EDI connection with customer
• Send and receive test documents with the customer to test the EDI templates
• Write procedures and train personnel on shipping requirements for new customers
• Supporting existing customers:
• Provide support and resolve EDI errors
• Periodically send EDI documents (i.e. for new customers, uncommon situations, or when correcting errors)
• Create a corrective action plan to keep systemic errors from reoccurring
• Implement and test any changes to EDI as required by customer
• Keep EDI instructions up to date, retrain personnel as required
• Maintain the EDI communication software
• Use programming to automate EDI data incoming and outgoing to our proprietary software PRISM
• Other duties as assigned

Are you our next _
EDI Coordinator_
?

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
• 3 5 years' experience in a EDI related role

years in a leadership role with some people management experience

• Hands on experience/knowledge with EDI is required
• Experience with PLEX is a huge asset
• Hands on Experience with the MEAN stack is an asset
• Knowledge of Databases, preferably MS SQL, MySQL
• Knowledge of programming for the web, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, ASP.NET, with VB, C# preferred
• Knowledge & experience in GitHub would be an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to learn and adapt to new programming software (inhouse proprietary systems)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills to perform tasks with mínimal supervision, and within required deadlines
• Exceptional oral and written skills (English) Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong work ethic, Deadlinedriven & Results oriented
