What you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the bid process cycle.
- Identifying project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Accurately interpreting technical specifications with attention to detail.
- Conducting thorough quantity take-offs for precise contract specifications and pricing.
- Keeping a client-focused approach to project pricing requirements for feasibility.
- Building strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to meet project objectives.
- Exploring innovative solutions within project limitations.
Qualifications for this role:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience in construction.
- A University Degree, College Diploma, or certification in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the bid process cycle.
- Research skills for analyzing project-specific expenses.
- Proficiency in quantity take-offs for precise contract pricing.
- Strong computer skills, especially with estimation software.
