This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for turning business requirements into solutions, acting as the connection between Technology and the rest of the business.

As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Product Technology, you will play a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment and ongoing management of technology supporting Aritzia's Product Division.

You will collaborate with the Product team to understand, document and deliver on business requirements to enable the design of best-in-class technology solutions.

THE JOB
As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Product Technology, you will:

  • Clearly understand the business need and translate requirements into a scalable solution designs and enhancement requests that support us for tomorrow
  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Work relevant cross functional partners to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
  • Launch and maintain technology solutions
  • Ensure seamless delivery and management of technology solutions for business partners

QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Product Technology has:

  • Proven skills, education, experience, and/or applicable certifications in:
  • PLM in an apparel or retail environment
  • Supporting technologies for
Product Development: 3D/PIM/ERP/SCM

  • Agile/Sprint product management
  • Business Analysis
  • Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
  • Working with internal and external development teams
  • Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
