Applicants must have 10+ years of experience to deliver the following

  • Participate in an agilebased project developing user stories and use cases, collaborating design and user feedback sessions
  • Business requirements
  • Stakeholder requirements (defining how stakeholders will interact and use the business solutions) and
  • I&IT solution requirements (functional, nonfunctional and implementation)
  • Analyze and document the asis and tobe business processes/workflows
  • Provide business and policy analysis for business requirement development
  • Analyze business needs and make recommendations for solution requirements and/or process improvements
  • Document detailed business and/or system requirements, create use case model and use case specifications and associated UML diagrams, UI storyboard and specifications, and nonfunctional specifications
  • Update business models including activity diagrams, conceptual and logical data models, process models, sequence diagrams, state charts, etc.
  • Conduct form design, data analysis, workflow analysis and process design for automated and nonautomated interfaces
  • Support the development of I&IT business solutions by validating system design to ensure business requirements are met
  • Develop and document test suites and test cases to support user acceptance testing
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide guidance and direction for the overall system implementation and rollout
  • Coordinate production releases
  • Develop supporting documentation required for the project
  • Participate in the development and testing of system forms
  • Work closely with client groups to assess current data analytics and reporting capabilities, gather futurestate requirements and identify further opportunities for improvement
  • Work with functional area experts, Data Architects, ETL Developers, Business Analysts, Operations and stakeholders to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate Business Intelligence solutions
  • Own the execution of analytic initiatives including endtoend reporting and data set delivery
  • Develop robust statistical models and machine learning algorithms to model business scenarios and extract valid inferences
  • Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear and precise manner, providing useful visuals and summaries
  • Provide interpretation, advice, and expertise to client groups and other stakeholders, including direction on how to transform analytics into actionable information and proactive insights that support decision making

$60.00-$90.00 per hour
