Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of the retail store
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Create and maintain a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall business goals
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Skills:

  • Strong retail management experience, including knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
  • Proficient in math for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and employee performance
  • Ability to sell products and services, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Experience in training development to effectively onboard new employees and provide ongoing training opportunities
  • Budgeting skills to manage financial resources effectively

$29.00-$32.00 per hour
