Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Create and maintain a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall business goals
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Strong retail management experience, including knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and employee performance
- Ability to sell products and services, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate recommendations
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Experience in training development to effectively onboard new employees and provide ongoing training opportunities
- Budgeting skills to manage financial resources effectively

**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
