Anatolia products are sold around the world. In Canada, Anatolia sells product under various brand names at big box retailers like Home Depot. In the U.S. at retailers like Menards, Lowes. Based in Vaughan, Anatolia is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly. Currently we are looking for an eager, motivatedIT Network Support Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary_
-
Duties & Responsibilities_
- Provide primary IT support to resolve issues for users in Vaughan, Canada office.
- Monitor system health, proactively identify potential issues and notify network administrators.
- Assist the Network Administrators on the set up of servers and network devices.
- Ensure all supported software programs are maintained and utilized properly.
- Maintain IT assets inventory for Vaughan sites and keep it uptodate at all time.
- Help other sites (US, Turkey, China, etc.) on assigned support tasks.
- Participate in new system solution implementations, including training of the end users.
- Reasonable availability during off hours for troubleshooting and support is required.
Ideal Qualifications_
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Technical & Soft Skills_
- Advanced level of knowledge on PC/ Printer/ Windows installation and configuration and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate level of knowledge on user management in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 36
- Intermediate or basic level of knowledge on LAN / Wireless LAN / WAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision in a selfmanaged team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met on time and on budget.
- Selfmotivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have skills:_
- Advanced level of knowledge on LAN / Wireless LAN / WAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Advanced level of knowledge on cybersecurity and controls.
Working Conditions:_
- Office environment with prolonged sitting and working at computer station
- Occasional time spent in a warehouse environment with fluctuating exposure to varying temperatures and noise
- Occasional overtime and requirement for oncall
