Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor the applicant tracking programs including indeed and job bank account
  • Uploaded and maintain employee files within the HRIS
  • Support companyorganized events, participating in the recruitment efforts, for example career fairs.
  • Support employee experience enhancement initiatives
  • Support the HR team with companywide initiatives
  • Update and maintain internal data spreadsheets and databases
  • Work schedule is flexible; however, applicants will be asked to work as late as 7:00 p.m. est to assist with key recruitment initiatives and in recognition of the different time zones that we support.
  • A hybrid schedule will also be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or a graduate of business administration or Human Resources is preferred
  • Ability to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong orientation towards teamwork and team goals
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours occasionally.
