Title: PSYC 3P39, Computer Data Analysis (2 sections)
Compensation: Teaching Assistant, Course Coordinator, and Lab Demonstrator positions offer compensation based on the employee's qualifications:
- Employees without a 4-year honours degree or a 3-year pass degree will receive the undergraduate rate per hour.
- Employees with a 4-year honours degree or a 3-year pass degree will receive the graduate rate per hour.
- Additional duties beyond a Teaching Assistant's tasks will be compensated at the appropriate rate.
Duties: This position involves a 60-hour workload for a half-credit course appointment. Responsibilities include attending lectures, seminars, labs, or tutorials, preparing seminar materials, grading assignments, holding office hours, and assisting students in understanding course material, among other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Completion of or enrollment in specified courses within the last five years.
- Demonstrated understanding of course topics.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and APA style.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Background in statistics and Excel/SPSS software.
- Ability to conduct remote presentations and maintain communication via email and audio-video conferencing.
