Director, Integration and Growth

As a Director of Integration and Growth, you will collaborate closely with executives and key team members to optimize the value of key transactions by crafting and executing long-term business strategies and the ownership through to execution of the integration.

Your role involves providing strategic oversight from the highest level to the detailed plan, owning the full integration, conducting extensive analyses, and the oversite cross-functional project teams to identify and deliver value-creation opportunities, while also overseeing post-close planning and execution.

You will interact effectively with senior leadership and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, data-driven outcomes.

A day in the life

  • Work closely with executives and key team members teams to help derive the maximum value from key transactions through the development and execution of longterm business strategy.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to functional teams on integration risks, detailed project management, dependencies, and support the identification, analysis, and delivery of valuecreation opportunities through the development of extensive models rooted in financial and nonfinancial data.
Support functional teams in delivering value from transactions, by working on cross-functional project teams:

  • Provide post-close planning and execution full detailed plan and the program management.
  • Develop a target operating model to outline how the integrated company will operate post transaction.
  • Help set up and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO).
  • Assist the development and tracking of detailed integration plans.
  • Offer functionspecific advice on key integration challenges.
  • Offer change management support and advice
  • Interact and communicate effectively with senior executives, including the full SLT SteerCo and VP functional stake holders and work closely with other senior teams.
  • Ensure we have a clear way of tracking the success of the execution of the plan and the overall success of the Mexico financial plan and how its tracking to the overall model signed off on down to store level.
  • Accountable for the timely completion of well structured, factbased, and datadriven deliverables that exceed expectations.
  • Develop, run and build long term tops down, bottoms up Mexico growth strategies for value drivers to be executed to fullest extent in partnership with all key crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of years of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisition (5+ years), in a consulting, corporate, or private equity environment, is highly preferred.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent complete qualification preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a strong benefit.
  • Financial and operational awareness with exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills − thorough business acumen, including financial literacy.
  • Ability to collaborate and quickly develop effective working relationships.
  • Understanding of program or project management (no formal project certification is required, although PMP or other certification is considered an asset).
  • Experience working with senior management and/or managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a deal setting, cost optimization, operational restructuring, turnarounds, or operational improvement initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral & written), with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • A selfstarter who thrives working in an adaptable, rapidly evolving environment that requires an excellent work ethic and teamwork.
  • Creative problemsolver with the ability to challenge current thinking through extensive data.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and ability to make intelligent, factbased assumptions where necessary.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with mínimal supervision and in collaboration as part of a team
