About the Team


VNDLY is a next-generation vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers (MSPs) to collaborate on the corporation's contingent workforce needs.

We develop cloud software that helps our customers unify the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems.

We want our software to be so easy to use our company name is short for "Vendor Friendly" At VNDLY, our software does all of the work for you, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent (Contractors or Full-time employees) and incorporating dashboards to provide complete visibility of the talent acquisition process.

About the Role


As our Associate Manager for our UX team, you are organized, care about the details, and have a strong intellectual curiosity to learn about how our users interact with our products.

You understand that achieving great design is a team effort and requires collaboration with cross functional partners. Most importantly, you are willing to bring your whole self to work and find ways to have fun.

You will lead and collaborate with your team to develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to optimally communicate user interaction and design ideas.

We will collaborate on research ranging from generative to evaluative studies.

You and your team will partner with our stellar product and engineering teams to build digital experiences that distill complex information into simple and engaging customer experiences.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a UX Designer lead
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience creating user centered, UX designs grounded in data.
  • Experience leading UX designers or researchers
Other Qualifications

  • A collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and you enjoy bringing order to intricate design challenges
  • Ability to internalize customer experiences and improve those experiences through significant change
  • Help the team explore several diverse solutions and validate the right solution with prototypes and quantitative/qualitative customer research
  • Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and leadership to develop a shared understanding of the user experience to the team
  • A desire to continually learn and grow with the team
