We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Digital VIP Manager to develop and recommend strategies to move customers through the lifecycle from onboarding through to retention of all key VIP customer segments. Lead OLG Digital VIP program to champion and deliver best in class VIP experience for the Ontario market..

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director iCasino & iLottery Strategy and Innovation, you will be empowered to:

Create and recommend an overarching strategic business plan to prospect, acquire, retain, and win the loyalty of digital VIP customers across all digital segments.

Develop the strategic approaches to acquiring and onboarding new VIP accounts.

Work with VIP division of the OLG Support Centre to identify and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new VIP players both new to our ecosystem or newly upgraded to VIP.

Oversee the execution of the VIP business plan to continually improve VIP experiences, retain VIPs and grow our digital market share.

Budget and monitor the financial aspects of the VIP program including bonusing, experiential events and hosting.

Achieve individual digital VIP KPIs as well as support the achievement of overarching digital KPIs.

Understand the VIP customer and advocate for opportunities to improve their experience and create a unique competitive advantage for OLG.

Act as a thought leader to partner with other teams, including product, marketing, business development, events, and more to drive success and alignment across internal teams.

Participate in agile lab teams through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and experiences related to our VIP customers.

Work with our Responsible Gambling team to act as the voice of the customer to balance both OLG's strong RG standards and the demands of the customer.

Design, implement and host in-person events to recruit and onboard new VIP accounts or further develop relationships with existing VIPs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience: 5 years of VIP, Hospitality, Sales Acquisition or Loyalty Marketing experience or equivalent. Experience with gaming, sports betting, and lottery is an asset. Experience working in a multi-channel, multi-branded organization. Deep knowledge of VIP, Hospitability, Sales Acquisition or Loyalty Marketing strategies and tactics. Knowledgeable about sports betting, casino games and lottery products.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Critical Skills: Proven track record of high-end customer management. Proficient in developing and articulating short-and long-term sales, marketing strategies and visions to all levels across the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creativity, and continuing to raise the bar on business performance. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
