Accounting Associate

Location(s): Mississauga, Ontario at 5255 Orbitor Drive

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Conduct day-to-day accounting transactions, including intercompany receivables and expenses
  • Administrate employee expenses, including reviewing expenses for accuracy and completeness, provide guidance on employee expense related questions, track and maintain employee expense files
  • Assist accounts payable team, includes verifying vendor banking information and updating the accounting system
  • Reconcile and maintain accruals and expense accounts for Funds Canada business unit, prepare quarterly expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Accounting: 2+ years in the similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Working knowledge of Workday is an asset
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a strict deadlineoriented environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as required during peak closing periods
