We are in search of a dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel who possesses the following qualities:

  • A pioneering spirit with a proactive and decisive business approach. Our property is constantly evolving, presenting new challenges and opportunities every day. As such, you must bring a "can-do" attitude and be eager to share your knowledge with the team regularly.
  • An experienced hospitality leader with a background in the hotel, sales, and restaurant property management. You should thrive in a handson role.
  • Excitement to oversee several departments, including hotel, food and beverage, and operations, in a highvolume environment with ease.
  • A proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing highperforming teams in hospitality, operations, and sales who share your passion for exceptional service and surpassing revenue targets.
  • A strong interest in staying abreast of the latest food and beverage trends, as well as developments in the lifestyle hotel and cultural industries, whether locally or globally.

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in cross-functional hotel and hospitality management, serving as a General Manager overseeing multiple hotel, food, and beverage, and operations departments in a high-volume or seasonal peak environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of building, retaining, and managing a large highperforming team of hospitality and operations professionals, consisting of 100 or more employees.
  • A postsecondary education in Hotel or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
