Handyman/woman/maintenance

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical repair and maintenance
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A highenergy, friendly personality
• Ability to work well with little supervision and organized
• Excellent physical condition and strength
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Performs tasks such as paint touch-ups, minor drywall repairs, caulking and silicone, faucet repairs
• Effectively communicates and reports progress to operations manager
• Obtains necessary materials as needed to complete assigned work orders
