Handyman/woman/maintenance

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical repair and maintenance
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A high-energy, friendly personality
- Ability to work well with little supervision and organized
- Excellent physical condition and strength
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Performs tasks such as paint touch-ups, minor drywall repairs, caulking and silicone, faucet repairs
- Effectively communicates and reports progress to operations manager
- Obtains necessary materials as needed to complete assigned work orders

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
