**Job Description**:
Le titulaire de ce poste a la responsabilité globale de la direction et de la supervision de tous les employés de SGS affectés au site identifié. Il dirige également les opérations quotidiennes en veillant à ce que les objectifs opérationnels soient atteints en toute sécurité et dans le respect de l'environnement, et à ce que la maintenance préventive soit effectuée tel que prévu. Le titulaire de ce poste est également le premier point de contact avec le client, les autorités réglementaires et environnementales et le grand public.
- Capacité à interagir et à communiquer efficacement, avec de grandes aptitudes pour le raisonnement politique
- Avoir un sens aigu des affaires et des finances, en particulier être capable de créer et de maintenir un budget annuel, un compte de résultat, etc.
- Assurer le leadership dans les situations d'intervention d'urgence et de commandement d'incident
- Solide expérience dans le domaine des terminaux pétroliers, notamment en ce qui a trait aux opérations côtières, c'est-à-dire aux produits dangereux, aux parcs de stockage et aux oléoducs
- Bonne compréhension des risques environnementaux, y compris : l'impact, la sensibilisation et la prévention
- Développement, mise en œuvre et maintien d'une forte culture de sécurité
- Être en mesure de comprendre un système de sécurité basé sur le comportement
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion des talents, de coaching et de leadership
- Formation informatique/technique avec de solides compétences en informatique
- Familiarité avec l'interface homme-machine (IHM)

**Qualifications**:
Exigences:
Formation - Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe ou un diplôme technique tel qu'une troisième classe en ingénierie énergétique, un CPET, ou similaire.
- Expérience : Plus de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, combinant des compétences techniques et commerciales.
