Scheduling and confirming medical appointments by phone and receive and communicate messages for medical staff and patients.

  • Registering patients by phone and accepting incoming calls and answering questions or directing patients to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide direct administrative support to multiple diagnostic facilities.
  • Operating multiple phone line system
  • Interview patients in order to complete forms, documents for case histories.
  • Collect medical patient medical history and ensure appropriate documentation
  • General administrative duties
  • Possess knowledge of specialized terminology including medical
  • Have welldeveloped organizational skills and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have the ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Have welldeveloped problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate as a team and participate as a team player
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
