How YOU will contribute:

  • Lead, inspire, and coach teams to promote positive employee relations, teamwork, and engagement
  • Foster trust and open communication by sharing information promptly and encouraging feedback
  • Support career growth, educational pursuits, and participation in development programs
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, and scheduling effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and monitor departmental standards
  • Ensure quality control programs are in place and address any issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet customer needs efficiently
  • Responsible for business planning, goal setting, and scheduling

What YOU need for this role:

  • Bachelor of Science in healthcare or related field
  • Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills tailored to different stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Passion for supporting healthy lives
