What you'll do:

As the Director of Product, you will lead all product development initiatives, and remove roadblocks.

You will have a deep understanding of the market, the customers, the competition, and the products we have to offer.

You will be responsible for product planning, product launch, and post-launch analysis.

You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, conduct market research, analyze the competition, and define the product vision.

You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets Durable's goals and their customer's needs.


Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure that the product goals align with the overall business goals and company strategy.
  • You will create, assess, update and communicate a clear product vision.
  • You will create and maintain the product strategy, develop product roadmaps, manage product budgets and have full visibility on each product in Durable's portfolio.
  • You will learn about the company's consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors and the market.
  • You will evaluate growth opportunities, assess new opportunities and identify bottlenecks.
  • You will build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market.
  • You will help conduct user research, craft user surveys, and build user tests to gain insights.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in the startup space, working with SaaS products
  • 8+ years of experience in a Director of Product, Product Lead, Senior Product Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to comprehend complex systems and transform technical concepts into everyday language.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A strong leader with the ability to represent Durable and our brand in public settings.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Development, or similar.

Pay and benefits
The annual range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000k plus equity.
