- Lead and maintain the definition of IT components in the roadmap based on strategic plans, technology trends, and target architecture.
- Plan, conduct, and manage architecture studies to provide technological recommendations.
- Define and communicate the current and target information architecture of the platform to ensure consistent information sharing.
- Challenge deviations from the target architecture and identify opportunities for technological enhancements.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with platform architecture and anticipate technological obsolescence.
Full Stack (Technical and Integration)
- Support technical architecture patterns and standards evolution.
- Design product architecture considering ecosystem and operability concerns.
- Manage product architecture to deliver required enablers in line with business needs.
- Propose new studies for unique needs and ensure understanding of decision-making processes.
- Engage with the architecture community for complex problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Team and People Relationships
- Build productive relationships with various teams to ensure governance and value creation through IT solutions.
- Promote standardization and reuse of existing IT solutions for efficiency.
- Engage the architecture community for collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to software packages sourcing for innovative solutions.
Process Improvement
- Define, review, and implement architecture guidelines for added value.
- Oversee documentation of architecture design and analysis work.
- Identify and prioritize design process improvement projects for operational efficiency.
