Relevant du Directeur Marketing, Innovation et Développement de produits, vous serez en charge de la gestion de l'équipe marketing ainsi que de la stratégie de portefeuille et des marques qui y sont rattachées. Vous serez responsable de développer et d'exécuter les plans de croissance des segments clés en ligne avec les objectifs stratégiques de la catégorie, les stratégies clients et les besoins consommateurs (innovations, extensions, rénovations & rationalisations). Vous agirez en tant que chef d'orchestre pour l'ensemble des projets de croissance et d'optimisation de portefeuille de la catégorie Produits Frais (B2B et B2C) et pour la vision stratégique supportant la feuille de route d'innovation et le déploiement de marques fortes.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :
Gestion de portefeuille et de marques
- Piloter le développement et l'exécution du plan marketing et de la feuille de route d'innovation 5 ans afin solidifier notre position de leader, autant dans le B2C que le B2B, et de bâtir des marques fortes pérennes;
- Développer une stratégie de croissance pour les segments clés de la catégorie en lien avec l'identité des marques et les ambitions de l'organisation;
- Analyser la performance (ventes, parts de marché, profitabilité) des segments et recommander les plans d'actions nécessaires à leur croissance ou des projets d'optimisation afin d'améliorer la profitabilité de la catégorie;
- Basé sur la segmentation clients, les tendances consommateurs et de marché, identifier les opportunités d'innovation (white spaces), développer et tester les concepts afin de nourrir la feuille de route d'innovation;
- Mener et analyser les études consommateurs qualitatives et quantitatives nécessaires au bon développement de vos segments (innovations, extensions, rénovations) & des marques qui y sont rattachées;
- Piloter le processus annuel de gestion du cycle de vie du portefeuille de la catégorie en mobilisant l'ensemble des partenaires d'affaires impliqués;
- Gérer le budget marketing sous sa responsabilité, ainsi que celui des projets afférents.
Gestion de projets
- Piloter, à titre de chef de projets des mandats stratégiques (étude de cas, investissements, partenariats...), l'équipe multidisciplinaire reliée à ces mandats (ex. stratégie commerciale, finance, innovation & développement de produits, production, etc.) et livrer les recommandations;
- Supporter et former l'équipe marketing sur le processus de gestion de projets afin de livrer les projets selon le mandat, l'échéancier et le budget établis.
Gestion d'équipe
- Développer une équipe performante et à fort potentiel, en décidant directement du recrutement, du parcours de développement des membres de l'équipe et de l'évaluation des performances de fin d'année;
- Agir à titre de gardien des marques et d'expert de son portefeuille de produits auprès des intervenants internes et externes.
Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (marketing) ou en gestion de projets
- Expérience minimum de 10 années dans un poste de responsable de marques ou d'innovation et de gestion d'équipe
- Expérience dans le développement et la promotion de marques fortes, la recherche marketing, le lancement de produits, la gestion de multiples projets et l'analyse de données
- Formation en gestion de projets (Stage Gate), avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
- Connaissance du secteur alimentaire, un atout (bannières alimentaires canadiennes)
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office et AC Nielsen
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l'extérieur du Québec
