Innovation and Acceleration Team Coordinator

As Team Coordinator within our Innovation & Acceleration Corporate Function, your job will be to help the four diverse teams and capability areas that make up I&A stay coordinated as One Team to effectively lead and enable a dynamic project portfolio that results in new, scalable solutions to offer to our clients.

In doing so, you will also support individual capability area leaders and teams in meeting goals, as needed.

The Role

  • Call calendaring, meeting planning, content preparation and notetaking support for regular I&A leadership team meetings, quarterly Team Connect and Team Build calls, Partnerships & Alliances meetings, and ad hoc meetings as needed
  • Handle travel arrangements and Oracle expense reporting for team members, as needed
  • Provide proofreading and PowerPoint graphics support for internal presentations and communications
  • Prepare first drafts of monthly Executive Updates and support the I&A Newsletter process
  • Maintain I&A intranet pages, distribution lists and MS community participation
  • Identify opportunity updates and maintain integrity of the Portfolio Database
  • Partner and collaborate with other I&A administrative staff to meet team needs, where appropriate
  • Perform special projects, as needed

The Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out welldefined assignments according to established guidelines with little to no supervision
  • Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address team challenges
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several projects at one time

  • 5+ years' experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously, including experience with calendaring, expense, travel, and project life cycle support
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams
  • Comfortable with a predominately remote working environment
  • Associates and/or Bachelor's degree a plus
