Department Overview
The Culture & Colleague Centre of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the organizational strategy of our employee experience.
This includes our Colleague Promise - our employee value proposition - employer branding, and the strategy and execution of how we listen to the voice of our colleagues.
Also included within the COE is performance and career strategy, and how we support our People Managers in providing an exceptional colleague experience.
About this Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Colleague Listening & Insights, this role is primarily accountable for the research strategy, survey question development, external insights (including benchmarking), and program delivery of our colleague listening approach.
This role requires knowledge of research methods, item design, organizational behaviour, and emerging trends in colleague listening approaches and measurement, in addition to problem-solving, analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and creation of a compelling narrative through data.
Key enablers of success include outstanding stakeholder management, internal and external relationship management, adaptable communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex data and insights into a digestible format.
The role includes the following key accountabilities:
- Leverage organizational psychology principles to help us understand the colleague experience and design colleague listening mechanisms, partnering with our Data & Analytics colleagues to leverage our colleague to data to drive insights.
- Support the development and evolution of what we ask colleagues and how we go about collecting information (e.g., surveys and other mechanisms).
- Support the design and, development of colleague listening strategy based on measurement and assessment expertise and best practices
- Research and analyze best in class solutions to inform, build and improve TD processes based on industry expertise in both Colleague and Customer Listening
- Support the delivery of integrated, strategic insights in partnership with HR Data & Analytics, Customer and Colleague Experience teams to inform action and engagement opportunities
- Provide factbased recommendations, grounded in internal and external benchmark analysis, generated insights, and delivered through compelling presentations and materials
- Leverage colleague listening data to inform enterprise employee experience initiatives and develop recommendations to drive improvement against critical experience gaps
- Take on, execute, and support additional internal projects, as assigned #LI-Hybrid
Job Requirements

- Experience conducting mixedmethods research, using quantitative and qualitative approaches to answer colleague experience questions
- Proven experience in the creation of data driven insights having done so across a large matrixed organization an asset
- Strong consulting skills anchored in problem solving and identification, with a solid background working with synthesis of data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and change in a complex matrixed organization
- Strong resultsoriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to detail, and passion for the enduser experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant Talent Management, HR or Talent Analytics experience
- University degree in human resources, industrial psychology, psychology, marketing, or related discipline; Masters or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) skills an asset
