Requirements:

•Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

•While prior hands-on experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Payment Structure:

Competitive base pay ranging from $ /hour, with additional high-performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire project , ensuring work is completed to high standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization on-site, including equipment and project areas.
Upholding quality and client satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners and management.
Managing day-to-day project tasks to deliver exceptional service to clients.
