We are looking for a Proposals Specialist – Calgary

Reporting to the Custom er Experience Manager, this unique opportunity allows you to be involved in the continued growth and success of SFC Energy Ltd.

What We Expect?
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technology Certification (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics)
  • 2 – 3 plus years of related industry experience
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Organizational and well-developed multi-tasking skills
  • Team player who has an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-care focus
  • Experience with US Customers is an asset
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and salesforce CRM software.
Roles and Responsibilities:

In close cooperation with the Custom er Experience Manager, the position will focus on optimizing and achieving sales activity targets and goals, this includes:

  • Work closely with multiple internal team members from Calgary as well as from the German Headquarter to develop new and existing business opportunities.
  • Review customer RFQ requirements with the utmost attention to detail
  • Preparing and completing high quality custom er proposals
  • Completing and communicating with custom er on their sales orders
  • Interact with the Technical Services Group to evaluate and support customer applications and problems
