Job Requirements:
Duties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountability for Product Quality and Safety Compliance.
  • Ability to work in a team/cellular environment on a 3 shift operation.
  • Ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot automated tab belt equipment.
  • Set up, adjustments and material changes.
  • Perform inspection and packaging duties.
  • Ability to complete documentation neatly and accurately.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP and 6S methodology.
  • Perform line clearance procedures and setup to support efficient and timely changeovers
  • Participate in Non-Conformance investigation and resolution where applicable
  • Knowledge of the L&D department and equipment operation would be a definite asset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • Ability to rotate within standing positions for extended periods
  • Machine experience and/or mechanical aptitude
