We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our Gananoque team as machine operators in support of the production department.

**Pay**:

- $22.00/hour + shift premiums
- ** $1,000 Sign-On Bonus**

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekly - Midnight (11:00PM - 7:00AM), Afternoon (3:00PM - 11:00PM), and Day Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM).

**Your Responsibilities**:
Duties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:

- Accountability for Product Quality and Safety Compliance
- Set up and operation of packaging machines while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in the department.
- Material replenishment and adjustments.
- Perform line clearance procedures and set-up to support efficient and timely changeovers
- Participate in Non-Conformance investigation and resolution where applicable

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma preferred
- Trouble shooting and resolution capabilities.
- Ability to perform normal mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance.
- Ability to follow good documentation practices.
- Knowledgeable in GMP and 5S methodology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of the ECG Electrode Department would be a definite asset.
- Mechanical aptitude abilities will be accessed through mechanical reasoning testing
