About the Position:


We are seeking a talented Part-time "Customer Sales Representative" with strong communication skills, exceptional commitment to work and who enjoys serving clients while working in a busy and team-oriented environment.

Position is Part-Time,

Normal Office hours of 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
  • Receive and sort mail and packages for mailbox holders
  • Process package dropoffs and pickups
  • Assist customers with processing shipping forms and customs invoices
  • Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues through efficient communication and excellent client service

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with pleasant and professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player

Salary:
$15.50 to $17.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
