Spear Wellness Centre is looking for a few more friendly faces to join our workspace and work alongside us in a way that feels right for you

This may be of interest to you if:

  • You are an independent contractor (working in the field of health and wellness as a Nutritionist or a similar practice) who already has an established practice, clinic, or just starting a practice and are looking for an office space (rental) on a part-time or full-time basis, in the beautiful Woolen Mill building for just $1,199 + HST a month is available
  • You provide Nutritionistbased services or other similar modalities and can match the judgment free, warm, compassionate, and hardworking energy that Spear Wellness Centre aims to provide
Our Space

Our centre is located at 4 Cataraqui Street, Unit 101, within the Woolen Mill building near downtown Kingston, Ontario.

Our space is located on a water-front property, with access to beautiful walking trails, as well as a restaurant and a café on site (in addition to other incredible cafes close by).

In addition to the beautiful scenery, there is ample parking

available and areas to sit while enjoying some refreshments Within the space, there is a total of 7 offices, a large boardroom with natural lighting from the large windows, and a beautiful view of the water (great for meetings and group work).

Also included are two bathrooms with one allowing shower access, a file/storage site, and a cozy reception area with comfortable seating for your clients while they wait to be greeted.

There is exposed brick throughout the building and offices that promote the heritage feel. A waterfront walking path right from your doorstep enhances the beautiful water scenery

This beautiful and convenient rental space (as well as highly sought after) also has access to a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, refreshments available for your clients, high speed internet, access to a large boardroom for meetings and/or groups, air conditioning and heating, a healthy referral network, and a positive and supportive team environment with other professions providing high-quality care
