Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish a long-term vision and strategy for Consumer Safety
  • Work with product, design, data science, and other engineering managers to plan and execute goals
  • Participate in the full development cycle from design to launch
  • Lead and support a full stack product team of engineers
  • Mentor and coach engineers to promote their professional growth
  • Implement a culture of metrics-led execution and transparency
  • Set goals and targets for the team with a focus on impact

Requirements:

  • Around 2+ years of experience in managing software engineering teams
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing large-scale software applications
  • Demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Customer and business-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
